Our antivirus software (avira) just found this trojan but I haven't been
able to find any information on what it does or how dangerous it is, or how
you get it.

You won't. Malware encyplopedias are jut unable to keep up with the number of malware
samples being examined and detected. Thus, at best, you may get information on a family.
For example Zbot, Bredolab, Banmker/Bancos, etc.
In this case if we examine the name we see it is a Trojan Agent which is a very generic
name but I wouldn't categorize it as being too dangerous like a keylogger or or password
stealer.
BTW: In the future, please don't mix your query between the body of the post and the
subject line. All the information should be in the body of a Usenet post.
