Subject: Want to design a newsletter online access via pdf
Hey all,
Any one know if publisher can upload newsletters on line
apdf format? If not what format can i use to link my work
newsletter via group postings.  We currently format  a
paper version of the newsletter in publisher. I
essentially want to get this online and up to our website
with hotlinks embeded in the newsletter and website.

Hope some one can assist....offer advice.

Leigh

To create a PDF file with hotlinks you will need Adobe Acrobat to convert
the Publisher file.

You can create a web page from your print newsletter, but will need to do
some tweaking.  You can also place your hotlinks in your HTML version only.

Pub2002 is far better at converting a print into website, but do try and
keep it as simple as possible.  Also you need to do things like make two
text frames instead of one with two columns, and make sure items do not
overlap one another of any type.
