I'm having problems with margins on my publications. I
would like to print all the way to the edge of the page.
How can I do this? Is it possible?

You cannot do it unless the printer supports edge to edge printing. Few do
and not what you would call a raving success.

If you really need to do bleed printing, use oversize paper and trim it off
after printing.

Yes, but you will need to use oversize paper and set crop marks using the
Publish to a printer tools. I use this facility to produce an A5 newsletter
on A4 paper.

The reason you can't is that your printer uses rollers to
pull the paper through the printer. The ink cartridges
will only go as far as the rollers extend on to the paper
to pull it. The other suggestions here are good ones to
follow.
