That is what happens when you enlarge a Bitmapped image picture. If you
scanned this picture, you need to enlarge it when you scan it.

You enlarge it while you are scanning the picture. If you need a picture
50% larger you scan the picture at 150%

Publisher 2002 has a Deluxe which includes Picture It! Publishing.
Publisher 2000 had a Deluxe which included Picture It! Publishing as well.
Publisher 98 Deluxe? Not sure if there was one..
Publisher 97 Deluxe just included addtional Clipart.
Just an FYI for your AFAIK, OK? :-)

Scan a 1 inch by 1 inch image at 300 dpi and 150 percent size. Scan the
same image at 450 dpi and 100 percent size. The file sizes in pixels
will be the same. But, place them both in a layout program. You'll find
the one scanned at 150 percent can be enlarged better.

This NG has been just plain weird recently. Others' posts don't appear
for what seems to be hours according to the Date/Time in Netscape. But
the time on the post is correct. My clock is off by a few minutes,
usually 3-6, depending on how often I reset it (a CMOS battery that
isn't quite what it used to be?).

If the clock loses time while the PC is on, then it CANNOT be the battery.
That only maintains the clock while the PC is off. There are many things
that can shove a clock off, the Live Update! of Norton SW, McAfee Office are
two of the main culprits.

I'm on Eastern Daylight Time, the only AV software I run is AVG and
ZoneAlarm. My clock always seems to be a little behind, but only by a
few minutes, not by hours. In the last couple of days, posts have weird
time stamps on them, even direct e-mail. Except mine - this one will
appear within a minute or so after it is sent.
Personally, I think the clones zapped me to their world and applied a
time warp to mine. Of course, I could be wrong.
