Tools / Organizer / Calendars : select the calendar and Click Delete

HELP! I went to tools then selected calendar but could not click delete.
It was not highlighted.
Check again -- It's Tools > Organizer. Click the calendar tab.
Select the individual calendar and then click the delete button.

Unfortunately, your post did not carry over the instructions that you've
followed, so it's tough to tell what is going on here.
So, a few assumptions: you are using Project 2007. When you view Tools
> Change Working Time, you are seeing calendars appear that you do not
wish to show any longer?
You should be able to delete base calendars that are not in use in the
Project file through Tools > Organizer and click on the calendar tab.
Select the calendar on the right side and click the delete button.
Is that working?
