We're trying to migrate MS Project Server 2007 (databases only) from a
VM environment to a production system. The Application server (front
end) will remain where it is, but will need to be reconfigured to point
to the new system. Looking for documentation/tips on how best to attempt
this. Details are as follows.

Old DB system:
Virtual Server 2005 VM
Windows Server 2003 R2
SQL Server 2005 Standard

New DB system:
Physical machine
Windows Server 2008 R2
SQL Server 2008 Standard

You'll get better help by reposting this on the forum where the project
server gurus hang out: microsoft.public.project.server.
