How to appear custom fields in My Task new from?

Hi, I have been created custom filed for Task , and I want to capture them
in a My Task New Form? but I dont know What i need to do?

Let me make sure I understand your question. Correct me if I am wrong:

1. You created a new custom enterprise Task field in PWA.
2. You want the field to appear on the New Task page when the user wants to
create a new task.

If #1 and #2 assumptions are correct, then you cannot add the new enterprise
Task field to the My Task page in PWA. The best you can do is to add the
new Task field to the My Tasks page by editing the My Assignments view in
PWA. Hope this helps.
