Hola a todos, Necesito que las gantt solo permitan elegir Recursos del Server ; hoy les permite crear recursos locales lo que produce conflicto cuando paso esa Gantt al Server

There is no way to prevent your project managers from creating Local
resources in their enterprise projects. Therefore, you need to make this a
training and performance issue with them. Hope this helps.

1) You crreate an SSRS report that shows you which projects have local
resources assigned on them and measure your PMs adherance that way by
publishing the report weekly.
2) You create a VBA macro in the enterprise global that checks if a PM has
assigned local resources and prompts the PM to fix the assignments before
saving the plan. If you need help with a macro like this, you can post a
question in the developer newsgroup.
Hope this helps,

just to add to my fellow respondance. :)
In my experience a PM will always (or at least most times) require a local
resource. For example when a 3rd party is part of a project where you dont
manage their time. Global resources are resources where you manage their
capacity, availabiliity etc. In many projects you will have resources where
you dont manage this information, hense a good resason to allow PM's to
utilise local resources.
Hope this helps :)
