The website Michael suggested would be my first choice, too, because it will
display you slides in the best available quality.
If you want to use YouTube, you will have to convert your presentation to
video. I use Camtasia Studio, www.techsmith.com, for such purposes (it's not
free, but has a free 30-day trial).
