Is there a setting that I am missing? Settings on this computer is the same
as on the old computer system, but now we can no longer project our video.

If this is a laptop and you are attempting to send the video to the
projector see what happens if you get out of presenter view and set the
"show" to the projector by itself (turn off the onboard video using the Fn
key and the appropriate F key to toggle between the laptops, projector and
laptop & projector display. Does the video play then?
You also might try to reduce video acceleration in the settings area for the
video card driver.
If these things don't help, give us the information that Austin requested
but also include make and model of computer and if it is a laptop or desktop
and amount of total RAM in the computer. Version of OS & PowerPoint would
also be nice.
