If I copy a picture and resize it in Powerpoint. It is not clear. How can I
make it blr free?

It's powerpoint 'anti-alias / smoothing' the image.

on the other hand, the question I have is: how big (and by that I mean how
many pixels across) is the original picture? If you pull a thumbnail-size
image from the web or somewhere, and then stretch it much bigger than it's
original size, it's not gonna look too great no matter what.

True - i thought that too - but I figured they forgot to press the 'U' key
when typing 'blr'
