I downloaded a song from itunes and when I try to embed it in the ppt an
error box comes up and says that the path can't be found. I checked other
songs and get the same thing. A song I bought from another site worked.
Please help me my presentation is next week.
Thanks,
Leanne

Leanne,

Is your song in the MP3 format?

Is it in the same FOLDER as your presentation?

Maybe your total folder length is toooo long see

Hi Leanne

In addition to the advice from TAJ, my understanding is that iTunes adds DRM
making the music unusable in PowerPoint. I thought they has stopped a few
months ago, but I could be wrong.

iTunes store sells songs as .mp4 format, which PowerPoint cannot use (except
Mac PowerPoint and new PPT 2010). Convert to a standard .mp3, .wma or .wav
and insert.
