If you know you'll have an internet connection when showing the presentation and
you want the web sites to be "live", you can use Shyam Pillai's LiveWeb add-in.

Go to http://skp.mvps.org and scroll down to the free add-ins section.

For a static page, you can make screenshots of each page you want to show, save
them to file, then insert them as pictures into PPT.

It'd also be worth experimenting with this:

Start your browser, navigate to the page you want to use.
Choose Save As and pick the "single file" or "web archive" (MHT) format.
Save it to any convenient location.

Next, create a link TO that file from your PPT presentation. When you click the
link during a show, the browser will start, open that file and it'll look pretty
much like it did in your browser in the first place.
