how to remove HP 3115 screen

I got a nasty crack on my HP 3115 PDA LCD screen. I have the back case off,
but can't figure out how to remove the front lcd screen. Any information
appreciated. I see on Ebay that a complete new screen replacement is about
$60, though one site was just selling a digital screen for $10...not sure if
I need to go with the $60
deal...apparently this one includes the cable connect.

The "digital screen" is probably the "digitizer"- the clear plastic
overlay that responds to the stylus' touch, and not the actual LCD
display.
