I've had Exchange Active Sync working for 3 weeks now and just today my VP
of Sales comes in with his Pocket PC, and shows me this error he is
receiving with Email.

Synchronization could not be completed. If this condition persists, try
deleting and the re-creating the device's sync relationships.

Support Code:8503001c

I have removed the Exchange Server from the device and readded it. I have
uninstalled Activesync 4.1 from his laptop and reinstalled it.

I have soft rebooted the device serveral times.

Anybody know what my next move could be?

Chris

You can enable verbose log in ActiveSync by Menu-> Configured Server ->
"Advance" button.

Sync again, and navigate to the log file in mobile device
"Windows\ActiveSync" folder (text file), you can know the serects behind.

Cheers,

Lawrence

The sync engine is crashing on the device, there is a item causing this.
The best hope is to isolate it and delete/recreate it.
