I docked my PAD in error when a different Outlook profile was logged in and
now it does not sync with my Inbox. When I try to resolve the item it ask me
to disconnect and re-connect. I have tried this and the only way (layman's
way) to get this to work I found is by resetting the PDA compeletly.
Does anyone know a way around this without having to reset the PDA?

Did you try recreating the partnership? To delete and recreate a
partnership --
1. Disconnect the PDA from the computer.
2. In Activesync -> File -> Delete Partnership.
3. Connect the device and follow the onscreen
instructions to setup a new partnership.
