Outlook 2003/WM 2002 PDA - Lockup after sync

I am having a problem with two different WM2002 PDAs and one partcular
exchange account (Using outlook 2003 to access an Exchange 2000 account.)

Using Active Sync 3.8 to sync, The sync appears to complete without any
errors with either PDA. The problem occurs when you try to access the
calendar on either PDA. I can browse the calendar entries very briefly
before the program stops responding completely. In some cases I can kill
the process, other times I have to reset the pda completely.

Anyone seen this problem before?
