Check your component GUIDs to see if they match. If that doesn't work,
change it to a minor upgrade and remove the RemoveExistingProducts
action form the sequence. There, fixed ya right up.

What I was trying to say, in a comical roundabout way, is that this
forum is a totally & completely inappropriate forum for your question.
This forum is for software developers who create setup packages using
the Windows Installer service. This forum has nothing to do with
listening to radios, or MSE (whatever that is).
