Hi,
I just want to share that I have Vista Home Premium, then I installed
Virtual PC 2007  with Vista as a Host and Windows XP as a guest.  Then I
installed Microsoft Picture it Publishing 2001 on the virtual PC 2007 and it
runs fine.

It's important that after setting up the XP machine, you click on Actions
and Install VM additions.
