When a new E-mail is created the spelling can be checked. However the check
is available in English. It would be very convenient if other languages too
could be selected. Unfortunately I don' t see how to achieve it and my
question is : is there a way to select another langauge or is it not
possible ?

You can change the spell check to another language by clicking Options on the
Tools menu, then click the Spelling tab. The language control is at the bottom.
What languages are available depends entirely on which MS program you installed
to get the spell check. If you need additional languages you can purchase the
MS Office Proofing Tools, which includes spelling and grammar check for scores
of languages.

But, changing the language does NOT apply to any open message. If you have
already begun composing a message and need to switch languages, save the
message to the Drafts folder, change the spell check language, then open the
Drafts message again.
