Trouble with Signature

Hi,

I want to add my signature to emails that includes my name in script, plus
my name, title, business, and website (hyperlinked) in normal font.

How can I create this in HTML format? I've tried everything I know but can't
figure this out. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Note: HTML Signatures must be less than 4KB.

Open a New Message window and create your signature. (Insert graphic &
text). Click the Source Tab. (View | Source Edit if not already checked).
Highlight the entire source code and copy / paste into Notepad. File | Save
As and in the File Name field, save as an htm file, (i.e. Sig1.htm). It will
be saved to My Documents by default. Go to Tools | Options | Signatures.
Click: File | Browse and Insert your saved signature | Apply. You can rename
it now if you wish.

Of course, if the recipient is reading in Plain Text, they won't see it.

I am trying to include my company logo in my signature.
I have everything set up as Bruce wrote but when I send an email with my
signature it says one or more of the pictures can't be found so the picture
will not be included. So I get the text but there is a box with an x. Anyone
know how to fix this?

Tools | Options | Send | HTML Settings. Is Send pictures with messages
checked?

Is the sig less than 4KB?

Hi. This made total sense, so I tried it, but when I create mail, it simply
inserts just the html code. What am I doing wrong??

Yes

Yes, 571 bytes

Yes. I copied my info and the logo using the steps you gave.
I can copy and paste the info and insert it in an email and it will send
the info correctly. Just can't use the signature. The logo is a gif file,
whould that be the problem?

You didn't actually copy the GIF into the signature, did you? That will
result in the message you receive. It is the source code that you need to
copy and paste into Notepad.

Reread the instructions and make sure you are doing it correctly. I have an
animated GIF in one of my sigs, so that isn't the reason.

No, I put it in the email and followed the steps. Now when I view the file
the image is a box with an x. Is there some setting in Outlook express that
needs to be changed?

If you are sending and reading in HTML, then I don't know what is causing
your problem. You did create it in Notepad?

I got it to work. I was copying the logo and then pasted it in the email in
