How do I PREVENT text in emails from being different sizes and some bolded?

This happens - seemingly without rhyme or reason - while I am composing an email.
Usually when cutting and pasting a line of text to a different part of the message.
Then it is impossible to get all of the text back to the same size.
Minor issue except it may convey to the recipient that I am emphasizing something because it is larger or in bold.... more »

I would love to have the option when I create a new E-mail or when responding for the first time to a E-mail that I get the question from what adres I would like to send it from.
I use more adresses in my Gmail.

I'm looking for a fix how I can have access to a more easy filtersystem. Now it's a verry big list and not easy to find out which filter is responsible for what filter. Is it a idea to see in the mailsystem but also in the contact's and mail which filter is handling that contact oid?

Notification(Failure),
Yet I've been using this same address for a friend for quite some time
now successfully, today's the first time this has ever happened ?.

Outlook 2003 + Outlook Connector

Hi group,
MS Outlook 2003 + Outlook Connecter
2 PC's (both use W7)
The Desktop pc uses the *.pst on a shared dir on a LAN
The Laptop pc uses the same *.pst on the shared dir via the LAN
Outlook Connector works on the Laptop but DOES NOT work on the Desktop?
Ideas?

Favorites folder unstable Outlook2010

I have a favorites folder with about 6 different subfolders. Sometimes they're gone; this happens once every fortnight more or less.
When I then right-click one of the folders that's not in the Fav
anymore, it doesn't say "add to favorites", but instead has the option
"remove from favorites".... more »

Added account does not show in left side column in Outlook 2011 for Mac

I am using the outlook 2011 for Mac, and I recently tried to add a new
imap account to my already existing accounts. I could see the account in
the 'tools' drop down menu under 'accounts' however the account does not
show in the left side column with the other accounts. Is there some kind
of a command I omitted?... more »

well, this is the whole story:
the boss purchased both the iphone and the ipad
then decided to sync them with outlook
job done, sync working, but all contacts have been moved from the default outlook contact folder to the icloud contact folder
now skype can't show outlook contacts from a folder that isn't the default... more »
