Outlook 2002 no longer will archive  
When I tried to re-archive the files that is where the problems began... It
seems that if you archive files and try to archive them after you put them back
into the mailbox they are no longer archivable... WHY? I need to archive this
mailbox again because the original archive pst files were lost. Thanks, Scott.

Possible serious archive bug?  
The other day I went to search for an old email and, to my surprise, most of the
folders in the archive pst that used to have hundreds and hundreds of archived
emails are now completely EMPTY! I looked and none of the old messages seem to

How shall I get access to mails I have placed on the ...  
I searched for a name in the lost address book and found it in C:\WINDOWS\temp\
outlook, C:\WINDOWS\temp\outlook1, and C:\WINDOWS\temp\outlook2. I remembered
the name of one of the name of a field in the Inbox and I searched for this name
and found it in C:\WINDOWS\temp\archive and C:\WINDOWS\temp\archive1. ...

OE6 --> Outlook 2K Questions  
Only a small fraction of emails lost their received dates. Regardless, this is
something I can live with at this point. Thanks for the info on archiving. Is
there any way I can view the modified date of an email in Outlook 2K3? I've
checked a few headers but couldn't find it. I'ma little concerned about this ...

When you open Outlook, what happens - as in, what are the symptoms of the "lost"
PST file? Do you get error messages? Is this your primary PST file or a
secondary one you open, or an archive PST file? The only other thing that seems
