Outlook 2007 open multiple windows

Is it possible to have more than one window open ie contacts and mail and
calendar simultaneously and if so how can I get the 2nd and 3rd windows to
open?

Right click on any folder and choose Open in New Window.
To launch multiple Outlook windows directly upon starting Outlook see;
