archive lost
I might have overwriten the archive.pst. Though I doubt that, because at home Outlook is not set to auto archive and the archive.pst is not completely empty ( only the ... I am not sure, but I think that a subfolder of my In Box archived and all mails are lost. Can not find them in the *.pst file. Is that possible?

Auto Archive settings (Outlook) and Exchange 2003
If all that old mail is in an archive on the local machine and the HDD goes down , all that old mail will be lost. archive deleted my messages???
But recently, I have been saying yes to the auto-archive. Well, now I cannot view any messages in the archive file. I did File > Open > Outlook Data File... and selected my archive PST file. Nothing shows up. So either it put my messages in another file, or it lost them. So how can I find where else the messages ...
