Orginizing large messages.....

Many time when working on a large project there will be an email that will
after a few days have multiple reply's/ forwards and such. Is there a way to
orginize emails so that they all are in one location. IDK if a rule would
have to be setup for each original email that comes in.....or if there's
another way to handle the back and forths.....

Rules and/or categories can help. Outlook 2010's By Conversation
feature should help as well. Have you tried the Conversation view in
your Outlook version?
