I have made numerous attempts to fix the problem but it persists.
I have tried to "play" with the theme settings in word 2003(as it is my
editor for the messages) but nothing changed.
I have tried to fix the issue through outlook 2003 various menus and option
but again i have managed nothing.
Give me a little help please because i really have problem in reading my
mails.

I checked(and unchecked) the above boxes i mention and the problem persists.
A proof is that even the link beneath "How to ignore preset colors" is in
white and the hyperlinks in the mails are still white.
I am wondering if i have to reboot the pc for the changes to take effect or
the mails must be SENT AGAIN and the mails(which i have all ready received)
with the hyperlinks in white will stay that no matter what i do.
Regarding the accesibility option i checked and unchecked all the options
and again nothing changed either way in the hyperlinks color of my mails.
What is going on here?
