I want in Outlook 2007 - Calendar items of only current week, that is, 4th
Jan 2010 to 8th Jan 2010 and this i need for monthly basis. When we go to Feb
2010 i don't want the January 2010 calendar items. I need only february
calendar items.
Let me be clear and simple on this, i need only current months calendar
items and i dont want previous months calendar items. Please let me is their
any thing which synchronize the previous months calendar items.
Need a help on this!!!
Thanks in advance.
What do you want done with prior events? Outlook will show you only
those events that are in the current view. If you limit your view to a
weekly view, clearly you won't see events that occur prior or subsequent
to the current week.

Also (and more importantly), what exactly are you trying to accomplish?

-While there's obviously a 'want' to delete the items, the typical Outlook
user doesn't delete out appointments from last month to just have them off
the calendar which is why providing us with additional information can help
us to understand the 'need'.
- Which views are you using? Obviously Outlook can display your calendar in
a Day View, Week View or Month View, but also in other views which are
pre-defined as well as user-defined. VIEW >> CURRENT VIEW

A month in Outlook is not a separate calendar. The entire calendar is
a single entity. You cannot remove past dates from Outlook. You can
delete the events on those dates, but you can't stop Outlook from
displaying the dates themselves.
