I am getting an error message, when trying to open my Microsoft Outlook 2007,
which reads, " Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook
Window.". I am using a Microsoft Vista operating system. The computer is not
connected to the internet, and I opened the Outlook application, without a
problem, 1 month ago. Help, I have all of my contacts in the program.

Try doing this:
Start-Run and type in "outlook.exe /resetnavpane" without the quotes and
with a space between "exe" and "/"
