Is it possible to share contacts btwn multiple outlook profiles?

Is it possible to share contacts btwn multiple outlook profiles?

I work with a Not for Profit organization I keep an outlook profile for,
I have my personal email Outlook Profile
and I have my work email Outlook Profile

I'd like to be able to access my Personal Contacts from the Not For Profit
Outlook Profile, without managing two separtate sets of contacts.

Any Ideas? Is this possble?

put the pst with the contacts in a location both profiles can access it and
open it using file, open, outlook data file.
