Not to mention, the issue was never resolved with that method you pointed to
about the pst and the delivery location. I run all my users thru the settings
you mentioned and none are able to have their default calendar be the shared
calendar on the server.
Can you please re-verify your information and bring to light the method of
setting the default calendar, please.

1) Click Tools | E-mail Accounts.
2) Select "View or change existing e-mail accounts" and then click Next.
3) Under "Deliver new e-mail to the following location," select "Mailbox - <your name>."
In other words, you can't deliver mail to a .pst file and have the default Calendar be the one on the Exchange server.
