Are you trying to send to another Outlook user or a non-Outlook user

Outlook does not have any built-in way to send a calendar as an email message. However, if you have Word, you can use one of the Word templates listed at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print to push the Outlook data into a Word document, then attach that document to a message.

There are also quite a few ways to generate a web page from an Outlook calendar, including the File | Save as Web Page command. For others, see http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/olpubcal.htm. You'll have to be the judge of whether a web page (.htm file) or Word document makes a better attachment.

Still another technique is to use a third-part tool called ClipForm (http://www.ivitar.com/clipform/).
This tool uses templates to export Outlook data -- a whole folder or selected items -- to the Windows
clipboard, text file, HTML email message, or other file types.
