"Click here to add to your calendar" Web Feature

I've seen this done a million times but for the life of me
can't find where to do this.

I want to create an event and then have a weblink on a
regular old webpage that when you click on it will pop up
a calendar window to add it to my outlook calendar.

How do I do this?

Create the appointment in Outlook, then save it as a .vcs vCalendar file.
Post that file on your web site and link to it.
