I'm using Outlook 2003, have an overlapping recurrent event starting at 6:00 am on Tuesday and 1 individual appointment on every day. In other words Monday & Tuesday show a boxed recurring event, Tuesday starts the next recurring box event and is shown just under the Mon/Tuesday one across to Sat/Sun. My Wed through Friday 8:00 meeting is showing above the Wed-Fri 6:00 recurring event box. Is there a way to have the individual meetings print out under the recurring event boxes in a MONTHLY view? (the 8:00 meetings are getting cut off. This department calendar is for a full year and repeats this printing error weekly.)
