I went to Contacts, right-clicked on Business Contacts, clicked on
Properties, clicked the Outlook Address Book tab and checked the Show this
folder as a e-mail Address Book. I closed the BC Properties window and the
BContacts were once again an option in the Address Book.
Sometimes the smallest things can drive you crazy.

This helped me! Thank you. For whatever reason when connecting to
different databases with BCM it does not always select this option be
default.
