Onenote online syncing problem

I'm syning a notebook stored on the web site with my mobiles & my pc. One
particular page has not been syncing up, but others have; this has been
happening the last couple of days.
Could this page somehow have gotten "locked"?
At least when it says it's syncing it doesn't *erase* the notes I've made on
the mobile! But I really don't want to go back to emailing & copying (&
reformatting) all my notes again -- that's why I went to ON!
Any ideas??
