Lack of PASTE options

Hi all,
Thought I'd let everyone know that I've added a suggestion to MS for
enhancing ON.

Here is the text:

ON has three paste options (Keep source formatting, Keep destination
formatting, Text only) but has no way of properly controlling these.

The default settings can mean that ON takes seconds or even minutes to
paste the content and formatting. It also pastes a URL link back to
the original document - this is OK if you are only copying one thing
from a document but not if you are copying lots of stuff.

The lack of options means that it is difficult to control what gets
pasted into ON on a per-paste basis making ON much less useful than it
should be.

My suggestion is that internal commands are surfaced for the three
paste options. These could then be assigned to menus, command bars and
keyboard shortcuts as required.
