Disable hyperlink security notice in Office 2010

I know this subject has been covered, but still not resolved that I can see. The "Microsoft OneNote Security Notice" pops up everytime I use a link to another file on my computer from OneNote. I saw a MS article about killing it in Office 2007 using a Registry edit, but that didn't work for Office 2010. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you.
