Questions about Ribbon Development

I currently have Visual Studio and I have added a Ribbon (Visual Designer)
item to the Word 2007 dotx template file.

I have 2 questions:

1. How do I add custom commands as buttons on the ribbon? Example: When I
goto Word Options > Customize, there are many commands there and I want to
create a custom ribbon using some of those commands such as "More Text Glow
Colors..." and "Radical Diagram".

2. If I have a button with a picture, where is the resource file that
contains all the pictures that are used in the commands?
