How can I find my threds?

On top of each discussion community page I find command 'Show'. But I cannot
find option 'My threads'? Can you help me?

Also: At the bottom of each question form I find an option 'notify me of
replies'.
My profile contains the correct EMAIL address. But I did not yet receive one
single EMAIL that notified my about replies. What is going on?
