Have purchased MS Office Home & Student 2007. Want to install product on
my laptop and desktop. Believe license agreement will allow that. Also wish
to install additional license on my daughter's laptop as she occasionally
does editing work for me. Does MS Office 2007 support third license
installation?

Also, after installation, can I de-install MS Office 2003 from the desktop
and laptop that contain the MS Office 2007? Without doing any harm to MS
Office 2007.

Rather than relying on peer support for a legal question, you might want to
look up your End User License Agreement here to be certain of what
installation scenarios are supported. It's actually a nifty little tool:

Find End User License Terms for Microsoft Software Licensed by Microsoft or
the Computer Manufacturer
http://www.microsoft.com/about/legal/useterms/default.aspx

Ofice H&S 2007 is licensed for 3 devices and NOT for commercial use

If you select the upgrade option during the install it will remove/upgrade
any earlier components, but leave any not included in H&S, eg Outlook 2003
