I have Microsoft Office 03. I want to insert a picture into a clipart frame
to print. I need to know how to get the picture into the frame.

Insert it and then r-click and "Format Picture" Set layout to be in
front of text. Then drag it "into" the frame.

Open new Word document. Insert the clipart. Insert the Picture. r-click
on Picture, and select "Format Picture", click Layout and set to be in
"front of text". Then drag picture "into" the frame. Print page.
