Recently a client of mine had office xp instatlled on
their office xp pro pc. For some reason whenever the
member boots up she gets ipconfig.exe-unable to Locate
Component(this application has failed to start because
TAPI32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application
may fix this problem.)error message. and their are other
executable files that cause error messages on
applications also, such as word, or citrix.
Can anybody help me out with this?

TAPI being the Telephony API suggests that some Fax software add-in might be
interfering.
