Clip Art Online - Blank MS web page

Using WindowsXP Pro..
When I select insert clipart and then select clipart online from the pop up
insert clipart pane Internet Explorer starts but the MS web page for the
design gallery is blank. When I try to navigate to the design gallery
directly all I get is a blank page. This happens when I use Word and
FrontPage. Any suggestions ??
