You could have also manually saved your Office 2007 documents as Office 2003
documents before deleting the trial. That would be something for other
readers to think about.

Thank you for the info. I have downloaded the compatibility pack but not
sure if that addresses my question or not. Since I no longer have the
ability to "save as" on my 2007 created documents, will I lose access to
those documents completely if I uninstall the 2007 program or will they
automatically reopen in 2003?

You should be fine when uninstalling.
(Though upgrading to 2007 would be a good idea; the Compatibility Pack may
not get everything perfect; all the fancy WordArt with 3d Effects and stuff
are turned into uneditable pictures.)
