Not sure about this (I don't muck around with Outlook dev too much) but
would a folder home page work for what you want to do?

Hi
i would like to add a folder on the same level with task, calender etc.

Personal Folder
-
-
- Journal
-
-

- My Projects

the document in the right-pane should be a html page or activex.dll

Is this possible with OL 2000?

Thanks
