Where are you searching? That is, what address bar are you referring to and if it is a web browser, what browser are you using? Can you provide examples of the searched "web address"? -steve

when you open Internet Explorer 7, have msn as homepage, it is the address bar on msn homepage, the address bar in IE7 works fine It does not matter what web address you enter , google, msn, it brings up codes.

I can't replicate it using home.msn.com or www.msn.com as the page. Any address I enter there is returning a search results page from www.live.com All that I can suggest is trying to reset IE to default settings - Tools/Internet Options/Advanced If that doesn't work, then you may want to verify that all add-ons have been disabled. -steve
