MSN messenger protocol login == network crash???
At work it just logs me off of meebo, at home it not only disconnects my msn as
well as any other IM client accounts (I use pidgin for windows or Miranda IM),
but it crashes my router and cable modem. I have to power cycle my modem and
router to get back online at all. Any insight as to what might be causing this

live messenger disconnecting constantly on vista
i have windows vista home premium service pack 2 on a hp pavilion dv6000 laptop.
i have the latest windows live messenger (2009) installed. it disconnects every
2 or 3 minutes and reconnects automatically. running another box with xp and the
same live messenger version on my same network works ok. ...

windows live communication platform error
the error report gives this: appname: wlcomm.exe; appver: 14.0.8064.206; modname

to work until i click the close button on the message then it disconnects. can
anybody help?? i've looked all over and can't find an answer.

signing in and frequent disconnects
if messenger signs in at all, it disconnects and for whatever reason prevents
msn explorer from working. it also prevents ie from working, and while i've
tried the scant few "fixes" found at ms support nothing really works unless i
reboot. after rebooting messenger may stay signed in for an hour, or 5 minutes,

can't sign into live messenger
when i try i'm usually able to connect for a few seconds and then it disconnects
. what's weird is that i'm able to connect using the web client just fine. any
ideas what could be causing this? is there anyway to make the live messenger
client connect the same way the web client does? thanks!

MSN Disconnects Continuously With Router
My roomate uses the wireless on the router and he doesn't disconnect. I use the
wired and I disconnect every few minutes. I have tried so many things to fix it.

MSN Messenger/Windows Live Messenger frequent disconnects
The disconnect will hit a good majority of our office at the exact same time,
