"object moved HERE" error

not sure if in the right newsgroup, if not please direct.

isp is sbc. msn is my home page. whenever i try to
navigate inside of msn i get a blank page with
error "object moved HERE" with the "HERE" as a link, when
click it takes me back to original page, where i click the
link i wanted again and THEN i'm taken to the page. this
ONLY happens when navigating in msn. i have cleared my
cache, my history, my temp files. i've uninstalled and
reinstalled explorer...several times. i was on with msn
help desk for several weeks with emails back & forth that
eventually had me repeating steps.
PLEASE help.

It's an MSn thing, it's the way it works (or doesn't work). In Microsoft-speak "It's not a bug, it's a feature". The cure is to change to a homepage that works.

thanks...but didn't help.
i consistently run my norton updates and i have spysweeper
that i run regularly to remove adwares.

No one here is "Microsoft". We're all volunteers, even MS MVPs.

The problem appears to be on MSN's end. Many, many others have posted here
and elsewhere in recent weeks about the same problem.
