You can continue with the functionality of the MSN Portfolio Deluxe by using
the portfolio manager in Microsoft MONEY. Buy the 2006 or earlier version
on eBay (the 2007 version has activation issues). When you set up MONEY,
use your portfolio email and password and voila the portfolio is there.
Alternatively you can backup MSN Portfolio Delux to your PC and then do a
'restore backup' when you set up the MONEY program. All of the
functionality of the online program is in the MONEY software and i believe
it will remain even after the 2011 'shutdown'.

Thanks for the info duhmel:::::::: My feelings like a lot of people::::::::
MS's discontinuation is extremely disappointing:::::::: I have the Money
Deluxe 2004 edition:::::::::: Would you know if that edition would be
missing much compared with Deluxe 2006:::::::: Also what other portfolio
trackers do well with 100+ securities????? thanks much

What information source does MONEY 2006 use to populate its tables? Will this
source still be available past Nov 1st? Also, is MONEY 2006 Vista compatible?
Thanks

Is the mutual fund screener capability also in MS Money?
The Toolbox screener is the best screener on the web and it's going away also.
